31, of New Lenox, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2018 surrounded by family. Adam was born in Chicago to Jack T. and Anne (Kulla) Kielbasa. Devoted husband of Lauren (nee Ojermark); loving son of Jack and Anne Kielbasa; cherished brother of Jack (Karen) Kielbasa, Ben (Sarah) Kielbasa, and Sarah (Bob) Pine; dear son-in-law of Margaret (James) Downey and Michael (Suzette) Ojermark; special brother-in-law of Chris (Logan) Ojermark; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Adam was a Pharmacist at Joliet Oncology-Hematology Associates. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Adam's name to Sarcoma Foundation of America or Andrew Weishar Foundation would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 2pm – 8pm. Funeral service Tuesday, April 3, 2018 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30am to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
