Elizabeth Ross

Elizabeth Ross, age 93, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2021.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband, Michael Ross; her daughters Rachel Ross, Leanne Damiani, and Cynthia Bennett; sons, Rodney (Christine) Ross, and Michael (Marilynn) Ross; grandchildren, Rodney Ross, Debrah (Michael) Bellanti, Michael (Erica) Ross, Kaylee Ross, Elizabeth Bennett, and Gabriel Ross; her two great-grandchildren, Nora and Emily Ross; and her sister Lorraine Sylvester.
She is preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Lena (nee Mancini) Capriotti; brothers, Louie and Alfredo Capriotti; and her sister Bernadette Scaccia.
Elizabeth was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed sharing her love with others and she will be missed by all that knew her.
Services for Elizabeth will begin with a visitation at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W 2nd Ave, New Lenox, IL, on Monday, May 10th, 2021 from 11am until time of mass at 12pm. Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital in Elizabeth’s name would be appreciated.
