Age 87, of New Lenox, formerly of South Holland, passed away Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Eva is survived by her loving family, children, Mary Shanley, Lawrence O'Connor, Jeanine (Michael) Frost, Thomas (Janet) O'Connor, Robert O'Connor, siblings, Jasper DeBartolo, Alfred DeBartolo, Helen Melloni, grandchildren, Kevin, Timothy, Crystal, Raymond, Randy, Cindy, Cheryl, Stephanie, Kyle, Ryan, Kristopher, Sean, Shannon, Tommy John, Michael Jr., great grandchildren, Billy Michael, Samantha, Caden, Brayden, Michael Lucas, Skye, Cameron, Sean Zayden and numerous nieces and nephews.

Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas P. O'Connor, son, Michael O'Connor, grandsons Edward and Michael, siblings, William DeBartolo, Albert DeBartolo, Tony DeBartolo, Frank DeBartolo, Sue Esposito and Rapholine Garritano.

Eva was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Sunday, March 11th, 2012 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, March 12th, 2012 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 West 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
