Age 86, of Tinley Park, passed away Thursday, August 16th, 2012 at Manor Care of Palos Heights.

Evelyn is survived by her loving family, son, Kevin (Cathy) Zielezinski, grandsons, Eric, Luke, Kevin and many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Michael & Theodora Rogowski (Cepa), husband, Joseph Zielezinski, brothers, Steve, Stan, Chester and Harry.

Family will receive friends Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Sunday, August 19th, 2012 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, August 20th, 2012 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and then to St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 9300 West 167th Street, Orland Hills, IL 60487 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
