Florence J. Farmer

Florence J. Farmer (Oestry) nee Davis.

Came into this world on October 15, 1926, and passed into eternal rest on July 11, 2013. Preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Susie Davis, her husband Howard J. Oestry Sr., and second husband Louie Farmer. Also preceded by sons Ronald and Donald who died in infancy, and daughters Laura Oestry and Paula Johnston nee Oestry. Survived by daughters Carol (Jeff) Franklin of Endeavor, WI, Mary (Frank) Cott of Custer Park, IL, and son Howard (Valerie) Oestry Jr. of Herrin, IL. Survived by one step-son Robert (Linda) of Naperville and one step-daughter Darlene (Ed) Pacetti of Satsuma, FL. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Family will receive friends at Christ United Methodist Church, 224 Bruce Road, Lockport, IL 60441 on Monday, July 15, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment, Lockport City Cemetery, Lockport, IL.
