Florence M. Bisping

Florence M. Bisping, age 85, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Lightways Hospice Home in Joliet.

Florence is survived by her children Rose (Late Warren) Wright, Lloyd (Brandi) Bisping, Catherine Bisping, Sharon (Joel) Handorf, and Julie (Loren) Kessel; grandchildren, David, Stacey, Amanda, Jeffrey, Jake, Austin, Kiley, Brendan, Troy, and Hannah; 11 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren; siblings, William (Caryl) Lavezzi, Dorothy (James) Rys, and Douglas (Laurel) Lavezzi; and sister-in-law Carol Lavezzi

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Glenn Bisping; son James; brother John Lavezzi.

She will always be remembered for her incredible cooking skills. Florence worked at Frankfort State Bank and Bisping Construction. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time in Florida. She loved her family deeply and was a very loving grandmother, great grandmother, and great great-grandmother.

Services for Florence will begin on Friday, October 29th, 2021 with a visitation from 3pm-8pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, in New Lenox. Services will continue the next day, Saturday, October 30th, 2021 with a visitation from 9am-10am with funeral services starting at 10am. Florence will be laid to rest next to her husband Glenn at Peotone Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
