Frances M. Knowles

Frances M. Knowles, age 93, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024 at The Cottages of New Lenox,

Frances is survived by her children, Edmund (Mary Kaye), Patrick (Tracy), Mary Jo (Frank), Michael (Diane), Jeff (Linda), Daniel (Tricia), and Terri; grandchildren Ed, Kelly, Andy, Justin, Garrett, Ashlee, Michael, Angie, Jeff, Ryan, Joanne, Daniel, Bridget, Kylee, Luke and Kara; her 20 great grandchildren; her sister Hester Schmidt; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband Edmund J. Knowles Sr; her parents, John and Frances Cruise; and her siblings, John, Thomas, Emily, Howard, Francis, William, Margaret, Florence, and Robert.

Services for Frances will be held on Friday, May 3^rd, 2024 with a visitation at St. Jude Catholic Church, 240 W. 2^nd Street, in New Lenox, from 10am until the time of Mass at 11am. Frances will be laid to rest at Maplewood Cemetery also in New Lenox. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
