FRANK W. DeLAURENTIS

Age 47 of Frankfort, passed away suddenly of an undetected aortic aneurysm; on Saturday, October 8th 2016 at his home in Frankfort.

Frank is survived by his loving family, wife, Martina DeLaurentis (Steinkopf), daughter, Marisa DeLaurentis, father, Frank P. (Jolanta) DeLaurentis, mother and father in law, Horst & Anita Steinkopf, step-brother, Rydis (Greta) Valikonis and close friend and business partner, Tom Bartuska.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon DeLaurentis (Kulikowski).

Frank was an owner of Southwest Psychiatric Services in Orland Park. He was very dedicated to his family, his profession and to his patients.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 16th, 2016 from 2:00 PM until time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423.
