GEORGE H. SHACKLETON, JR

Age 50, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, March 8th, 2014 at his home in Frankfort surrounded by his family.

George is survived by his loving family, wife, Shari Shackleton (Anderson), parents, George H. & Theodora Shakleton, Sr. (Franiak), children, George H. Shackleton III, Samantha Shackleton, Rachel (Charles) Morgret, Abigail (Zachary) Carlson, Kristin Shackleton, Hannah Shackleton, siblings, Joyce (Brian) Barnas, Theodore (Ann) Shackleton and many nieces and nephews.

George was the second generation Owner & Operator of Shackleton Custom Cabinetry in Frankfort. He was a very talented craftsman who enjoyed designing and engineering fine furniture.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Wednesday, March 12th, 2014 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 at Lincolnway Christian Church, 690 E. Illinois Highway, New Lenox, IL 60451 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.
