GERDA P. BECK (MOOG)

Age 84, of Frankfort and South Holland, passed away Wednesday, March 19th, 2025 at StoryPoint Bolingbrook.

Gerda is survived by her loving family, husband, Peter G. Beck, children, Michael (Anne O’Byrne) Beck, Marty (Margie) Beck, Mark (Judi) Beck, grandchildren, Sophia Beck, Erin (Jessica Kalvaitis) Beck, Jennifer (John) Kizorek, Kelly (Brian Matkovic) Beck, Karl (Jessica) Beck, Adeline Beck, Kateri Beck, PJ Beck, AnnaMarie Beck, great grandchildren, Kaden Kizorek and Melanie Beck.

Gerda was preceded in death by her parents, Karl & Sophie Moog (Feisst).

Gerda was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort and greatly enjoyed taking care of her family. She was an avid cook and baker and loved traveling back to her hometown in Rust, Germany.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, March 24th, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral, Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Aniridia Foundation International make-a-miracle.org or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
