89, of New Lenox, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015 at Presence St. Mary's Hospital, Kankakee. Henry was born in Joliet to the late Henry and Susie (nee Budzinski) Errek. Beloved husband of Nora L. (nee Madden); loving father of Henry (Susan) Errek and David (Susan) Errek; cherished grandpa of Elizabeth (Matthew) Warren, Kathryn Errek, Kevin Errek and Jason Errek; great grandpa of Hailey and Charlie Warren; dear brother of Rose Mary (the late Robert) Scully and Joseph (Rachael) Errek. Henry was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. He retired from Olin Chemical after 42 years of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Henry's name to honorflight.org would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 3 - 8PM. Funeral service Wednesday, May 20, 2015 with prayers at 9:30AM in the funeral home chapel to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM. Interment SS Cyril & Methodius Cemetery, Joliet.
