Age 90 of Plainfield, formerly of Frankfort, passed away Saturday,
September 20th, 2014 at Villa Franciscan in Joliet.

Irene is survived by her loving family, children, Dana (Richard) Olszta, Frank J. (Lisa) Kovar and granddaughter Rosalinda Olszta.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Cyril & Theresa Vaclavik (Hajek), husband, Frank R. Kovar and brother, Joseph Vaclavik.

Irene was a former member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM.
