James F. Anderson

James F. Anderson, age 75, a lifelong resident of Lockport, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 19, 2017. Survived by his caregiver and beloved wife of 55 years, Lori (nee Ambrosini); Loving father of Janice (Brad) Carpentier, David (Nicki) Anderson, and Kathy (Bill) Lindemann; cherished popie of Nathan (Nikki) , Zach, Katelynn(Joseph), Josh, Luke, Nick, Anicka, and great grandfather of Zoey Alexa, Owen, and Giovanni; dear brother of Jack (Janice) and Jerry (Beverlee) Anderson, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents John B. and Marjorie Anderson. James loved spending time with his family, carving walking sticks, nature and animals. He was a proud member of Locals 14 and 74 Illinois for more than 50 years where he served as the Business Representative for Local 74 until his retirement. Family will receive friends at Shepherd of the Hill 925 E. 9th St. Lockport IL 60441 on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service at 11:00AM. Interment will be private.
