75, of New Lenox, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at his home. James was born in Chicago to the late Edward and Elsie (nee Vanek) Ledvina. Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Schmidt); loving father of Lori (Arthur) Grosse, James Jr. (Denise), and Kristy Ledvina; cherished grandfather of Alexis Aguirre, and Nicholas and Tyler Ledvina; dear brother of Ronald (Pat) Ledvina and the late Edward (the late Maureen) Ledvina; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. James was a member of Carpenter's Local #54. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 3 - 8pm.
