JAMES I. MAUSER

Age 59, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, March 14th, 2019 in Park City UT.

James is survived by his loving family, wife, Roberta Mauser (Diegnan), children, Kevin (Kara) Mauser, Julia Mauser, siblings, Jean (Robert) Bokram, Gerald Mauser and numerous other family members including his in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Irwin & Helen Mauser (Gilmore).

James was a graduate of the University of Michigan and prior member of the Men’s Glee Club and the Friars. He was a former car salesman at Dodge City of Countryside and math teacher in Park Forest; he recently was employed as a tutor at Huntington Learning Center in Orland Park. James’ family was the most important part of his life. He passed away unexpectedly while on a ski vacation with his family.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfortway, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, March 21st, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, March 22nd, 2019 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 19515 115th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
