James "Jim" C. Wells

James "Jim" C. Wells, age 87 a resident of Joliet, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Salem Village Nursing Home in Joliet. Jim is survived by his loving family; children Teresa (Joe) Flanagan, Michael (Rami) Wells and Chris Wells; sister-in-law Donna Wells; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Wells; parents Jay and Zula Wells; siblings George, Wayne, Harvey and Henry Wells and Nancy Smith. A visitation will be held for Jim at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Tuesday, February 9 2021 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a service in the funeral home chapel at 12;00 PM. ALL IN ATTENDANCE ARE REQURED TO WEAR A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCE. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jim's name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
