James W. Hanna

James W. Hanna, age 75, of Frankfort formerly of Chicago, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Carole Hanna (Rooney); devoted father of Christy Galati, Jennifer (Brian) Finn and Julie (Walter) Mayorga; cherished grandfather of Gaetana, Filippo, Brayden, Cadence, Katia, Carrie and Alexander; dearest brother of late Janice (late Neil) Stuhmer and Lonny (Sally) Hanna . James was a veteran of the United States Navy serving in Vietnam. He was a enviromental Technician for the F.A.A. for 22 years and a member of the Franfkort VFW. Visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Thursday, April 8, 2021 in the funeral home chapel at 10:00AM. ALL IN ATTENDANCE MUST WEAR A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCE. FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED IN FUNERAL HOME. Interment Chapel Hill Garden South Cemetery, Oak Lawn. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Frankfort VFW would be appreciated.
