Age 66, of Frankfort formerly of Tinley Park and Hazel Crest, passed away Wednesday, March 25h, 2015. Beloved wife of Jeffrey Boubelik; loving mother of Jennifer (Greg) Wilson and Scott (Andrea Jones) Boubelik; dearest daughter of the late John and Ann(nee Kosowski) Dailler; dear sister of Barbara (Jim) Woynerowski; proud grandmother of Keith, Annemarie, Joshua and Abigail Wilson; cherished aunt of Matthew and Andrew Woynerowski and several other nieces and nephews. Janice was a retired teacher for School District #144 in Country Club Hills. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Sunday, March 29th, 2015 from 2:00 to 9:00 PM . Funeral service Monday, March 30th, 2015 in the funeral home at 9:15AM leaving for St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Orland Hills for a 10:00AM mass of Christian burial. Interment will follow to Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Cancer Hospital would be appreciated.
