25, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 28, 2016. Jeffrey was born in Olympia Fields, IL to Joyce A. (nee Nystrom) Madsen and Keith C. (Patty Wiemeler) Madsen. Loving brother of Cameron, Brandon, and Heather; father of Karissa; cherished grandson of John and Patricia Nystrom and Gertrude "Dolly" Madsen and the late Kenneth K. Madsen, Sr; dear uncle of Nicholas Madsen; he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9:30am until time of Memorial Service at 11:30am. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox.
