Jeremy Moats

Jeremy Moats, age 26, of Indiana, formerly of Matteson, IL. passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 30, 2016. Treasured father of Jeremy; loving brother of Joshua (Nicole) Moats; cherished grandson Margaret and the late James Shields; dear uncle of Savannah, Weston, and Adaliene; fond nephew of Jim (Michelle) Shields and great-nephew of Barbara Potoski; dear cousin of Irene Shields and Thomas Potoski. Jeremy was preceded in death by his parents Gary and Patricia Moats nee Shields. He enjoyed spending time at the gym, and was employed at Universal Fitness in Merrillville, IN. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 2:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 5:00 PM.
