JEROME "JERRY" J. JEZUIT, JR.

Age 67, of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, November 16th, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Jerome is survived by his loving daughter, Julie Jezuit.

Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome J. Jezuit, Sr. & Helen Jezuit (Glombowski) and wife, Donna Jezuit (Russell).

Jerome was a longtime active member of St. John the Evangelist Episcopal church in Lockport.

Family will receive friends at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, 312 E. 11th Street, Lockport, IL 60441 on Sunday, November 24th, 2013 from 2:00 PM until time of funeral service at 3:00 PM. Interment, Lockport City Cemetery, Lockport. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation would be appreciated. For information, 815-838-1533 or www.goodalememorialchapel.com.
