Jo Ann Herrick, age 66 of Frankfort formerly of Country Club Hills passed away Saturday April 12, 2014, Loving wife of Robert Herrick; beloved mother of Edward Hoffman, Suzanne Hoffman and the late Todd Hoffman; dearest step mother of Elizabeth, David, Arthur, Deborah, Ann and Cynthia; fond sister of Susan Mentley; cherished grandmother of 3; proud step grandmother of 27 and dear step great grandmother of 12. Family will receive friends on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 from 3-8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 with prayers at the funeral home at 10:45am leaving for St. Anthony Catholic Church at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
