Joan E. Breitbarth

JOAN E. BREITBARTH (STOCES)

Age 84, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, September 14th, 2024 at her home. 

Joan is survived by her loving family, daughters, Lisa (Terry) Cleeland, Amy Medina, siblings, Ilene (Lee) Damicone, Sandra (George) Siddons, grandchildren, Stephanie Medina, Riley Cleeland, John Medina, great grandchildren, Wyatt, Noah and Ella. 

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Milo & Ellen Stoces (Hatfield) and husband Richard Breitbarth.

Joan was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Tinley Park and retired from Kimberly Heights Elementary School in Tinley Park as a Preschool teacher. 

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, September 18th. 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6850 W. 159th Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477 from 11:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment, Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Tinley Park IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lightways Hospice would be greatly appreciated
