Juanita B. Sundal (Johnson)
Age 73, a resident of Homer Glen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Loyola Medical Center, with her family and friends Pastor Mark and Donna Hein, at her side. Beloved wife of Inderjit Sundal; loving mother of Sheelah (James) Hanson and Aleesha (John) Kennedy; dear sister of Merrill (Phyllis) Johnson, Geri (late Rev. Charles) Pool, and Alvera (Rev. Bernie ) Filbert; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Hans and Alice Johnson (Johnson) and Sister Patricia (late Frank) Frisk. Juanita was an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Lockport. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. The family will receive friends at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1500 S. Briggs St., Lockport, IL 60441 on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral service at 12:00 Noon. A Graveside service will be held at Sutton'sBay Lutheran Cemetery in Suttons Bay, MI, at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul’s Church would be appreciated.
