95, of Mokena, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017. She is survived by her loving family; son Timothy (Theresa) Hentsch; grandchildren Kathleen (Virginia) Ryan and Jessica Hentsch; great grandson Nicholas Madson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Hentsch; parents Elmer and Rose (Strassenberg) Schoenek; brothers Earl, Elwin and Ralph Schoenek and a sister Joyce Smith. June was a member of the Will County Homemakers and Mokena Marley Fish Resale Shop. Family will receive friends on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 from 2:00 PM until time of funeral service 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
