KAREN L. BURCAR (KRANIAK)

Age 79 of Frankfort, passed away on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at her home. 

Karen is survived by her loving family, husband, Anthony James Burcar, children, Matthew Burcar, Mark (Constance Persico) Burcar, Michael (Amanda Motyka) Burcar, grandchildren, Anastasia (Vlamison) Araujo, Tatiana (Michael Dudash) Burcar, Victoria Burcar, Angelina Burcar, Alexandria Burcar, great grandchildren, Lillian Araujo and Bella Araujo.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Harry & Ethel Kraniak (Gindt). 

Karen was a longtime member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort and formerly employed by Summit Hill School District #161.

Family will receive friends at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 from 10:00 AM until time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood IL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Karen’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
