Age 67 of Manhattan passed away Friday, November 15, 2024, at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL. Karen was born to the late Sheldon and Joyce (nee Cook) Goldsmith. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Tediski; loving mother of Gina (Roman Sr.) Churnovic and the late Jeff A. Tediski; cherished grandmother of Roman Churnovic Jr, Maverick Churnovic, Orion Churnovic, and Novalie Churnovic; dear sister of the late Curtis (Linda) Goldsmith, David (Kim) Goldsmith, Linda (late Tom) Gay, and Penny (Rich) Ramos; cherished sister-in-law of Sheri (Vito) Carbone, Alonna Contreras, Dee VanderHeyden, the late Gail (Ron) Kopp, the late Joy (Mike) Tuley; loved aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Karen enjoyed crafting and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren who she loved to spoil. Karen’s faith, and her relationship with Jesus were especially important to her. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 3-8 pm with a Memorial Service starting at 6 pm. Interment private.
