Kathryn E. White (Boyce)
Age 92, born and raised in Homer Township, lifelong Lockport resident passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Glenn F. White; loving mother of Robert (Robin) White; cherished grandmother of Robert (Marcia) White and Christopher (Stefani) White; and great-grandmother of Graham and Declan White. She was preceded in death by her parents Joshua and Mary Agnes Boyce (Donahue); her siblings Jerome (late Lois, late June) Boyce, Elva Boyce, Gordon (late Clara, late Agnes) Boyce, Margaret (late Daniel) McGuire, Leonard Boyce, Mary (late Stanley) Jungles, George (Norma) Boyce, and Robert (late Ann) Boyce; and one great-granddaughter Sienna White. Kathryn enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family. She was an avid gardener and Chicago Cubs fan. She enjoyed yearly fishing trips with Glenn to Minnesota along with traveling and exploring the rest of the country. The family would like to extend a special Thank-you to Kathryn's caregivers at Willow Falls in Crest Hill and to Joliet Area Community Hospice for exceptional care. The family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 South Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441 on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 3-8 PM.
