Kathryn L. Coke nee Hampton
Age 82, of Mokena formerly of New Lenox and Posen, born and raised in Brookhaven Mississippi, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Charles Coke; loving mother of Cynthia (Al) Stein and Denise (Harold) Towry; Cherished grandmother of Luke (Tanna) and April Towry and Adam Hite; and great grandmother of Drew and Scarlett Towry and Madison McDonnell; dear sister of Ruth (Will) Allgood, Bobbye (late Jack) Schroeder, and Carolyn (late Jim Herrington) Gratsonis; She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Ida Hampton (nee Upton), children Charles "Steve" and Amy Coke; grandson Drew Towry and brother Jesse (late Shirley) Hampton. She was a member of Lincolnway Christian Church in New Lenox. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 3rd, 2014 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort IL 60423 from 3 until 9pm. Funeral service on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2014 at 11:30 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment to St. John Cemetery in Mokena.
