Of New Lenox, IL., was born on February 9th, 1965, and passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 2nd, 2014 at the age of 49. Beloved husband of Susan Cooper nee Hoffmann; treasured "Dog" Dad of Charley, Lily, and Bertie; loving son of Donald (Judy) Cooper and Carol Linse, and Don Linse; dear son-in-law of Estelle Hoffmann; cherished brother of Lori Christopherson, Jeffrey (Joan) Cooper, Kim (Jeff) Brown and step-brother of Jenny (Tom) Sheehan, Jeri (Jim) Waldeck, and Jeff Stout; brother-in-law of James (Carol) Hoffmann, Carol Hoffmann, and the late Robert Hoffmann; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 3-9 PM. Funeral service Friday, November 7, 2014 with chapel prayers at 9:15 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
