LAWRENCE E. TISCHER SR.

Age 77, of New Lenox, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 5th, 2019.

Larry is survived by his loving family, wife, Julie A. Tischer (O’Mahony), children, Wayne (Jennifer) Tischer, Michael Tischer, Larry (Mia) Tischer Jr., Eve (Michael) Conversa, siblings, Gail Ganta, Steven (Alice) Tischer, grandchildren, Ryan Conversa, Maria Conversa, Meghan Tischer, Tara Tischer, Sophia Tischer, Braden Tischer, and John Tischer.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence & Eve Tischer (Bull) and brother in-law Glen Ganta.

Larry was a United States Air Force Veteran and greatly enjoyed bowling. He was a relentless supporter of both his children and grandchildren’s activities.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, July 11th, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, July 12th, 2019 at 9:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Catholic Church would be appreciated.
