LEONARD R. BANASKI

Age 81, of New Lenox, passed away on Friday, June 23rd, 2017 at the Autumn Leaves of Bolingbrook.

Leonard is survived by his loving family, children, Debra Mason, Therese (fiancée Gary Bertacchi) Foster, sisters-in-law, Dolly Banaski, Justine Rohan, Janice (Joe) Wenckus, grandchildren, Crista (Jonna Thomas) Mason, Graig (Dave Della Terza) Mason, great grandchildren, Sage, Talon, Mya, River, several nephews and their families and very dear friend, Jim Binkowski.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Josephine Banaski (Kowal), brother, Henry Banaski and wife Joan Banaski (Refermat).

Leonard was a United States Army Veteran and a member of St. Anthony Church in Frankfort.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 27th, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Wednesday, June 28th, 2017 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
