Age 75, a resident of Palos Hills, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017. Loving father of Antonio (Linda) Oberlin, Jennifer (Kevin) Marren, Melissa (Josh) Cummings, and Mary (Geoff) Fama; dear grandfather of Alyssa, Anthony, Sean, and Conor. He was preceded in death by his siblings late Arthur Oberlin, late Rose (late Fred) Cook, and late June Oberlin; also survived by his step-sons David and Nicholas Trapp. LeRoy was a United States Army Veteran, member of Local 710 Truck Drivers Union, and enjoyed playing Texas Hold'Em. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
