Mary Ann Donovan

Mary Ann Donovan (nee Zeiger), age 96, late of Frankfort, IL, formerly of Oak Lawn, IL, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022. Preceded in death by her husband Thomas Donovan, children Leonard Donovan, Raymond Donovan, Mary Kay Smith and Donna Maddix. Survived by sons, Joseph Donovan, Kevin (Cindy) Donovan, Brian Donovan, Darren (Jennifer) Donovan; daughters, Therese Ann (Barry) Bernier,, Irene (Patrick) Cavanaugh, Maureen Laslie, Sharon (Ken) Johnson, Kathleen (Eddie) Vargas and Colleen (Richard) Grabenhofer; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. She was a widow of a WW II veteran. Incredible mother of 13 and raising a total of 16 children. She went on to work as a nurses aide in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Her incredible love for all babies was truly immeasurable. Visitation Friday, April 22, 2022 from 3 to 8 p.m., at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Services Saturday, April 22, 2022 at 10 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort, IL, Interment will follow to St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL .
