Mary J. Barclay (nee Becka)
86, of Frankfort, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016. Mary was born in Chicago to the late Frank and Helen (nee Baker) Becka. Beloved wife, of 65 years, of Willard S. Barclay; loving mother of Laura (Dan) Pretto and Glenn (Nancy) Barclay; cherished grandmother of Angela (Edward) Marks, Trinity (Andrew) Serbin, and Emily Pretto; great grandmother of Zoe Mergendahl and Taylor Serbin; dear sister of the late Frank (the late Alice) Becka and Jerry (Cathy) Becka. Mary was a volunteer for over 40 years with various Veteran organizations such as Ladies Auxiliary of the American legion Tinley Park, Hines VA Hospital, Oak Forest Hospital and the Manteno Veteran's Home. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 10:00AM until time of Service at 12:00PM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
