Age 62, of Matteson formerly of Chicago, passed away Monday, March 16th, 2015.

She is survived by her loving family, husband, Joseph Brizek; son Russ Hosman; step daughter Julie Brizek; brother John Peterson; grandchildren Tristen and Tyler Hosman, Kaya and David Ackman and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was very active at St. Christina's Church in Chicago.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, Friday, March 20th, 2015 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00PM In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lupes Foundation would be appreciated.
