Age 59 of New Lenox, passed away on Saturday, July 26th, 2014 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL.
Mary is survived by her loving family, husband, Anthony Cozzi, children, Anthony (Tara) Cozzi, Carla Cozzi, Kaitlyn Cozzi, Angela Cozzi, brother, John (Sue) Johnson and grandson Gavin Janeczek.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Martin & Mary Johnson (Lavato), siblings, Martin Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Carmella Winter and Nancy Amato.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 29th, 2014 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451. Funeral service, Wednesday, July 30th, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
