Stubbe, Mary (Bolton)
90, formerly of Lockport, IL and of Harlowton, MT at rest February 7, 2013 in Indianapolis, IN. Preceded in death by her husband DeLyle Stubbe, mother Elsa Brawdy, brother John "Jack" Bolton, and sister Lillian "Eileen" Philpott. Survived by her daughter Kathleen (Gary) Truitt of Indianapolis, grandchildren Jonathan Truitt, Anne (Richard) Petre, and Nathaniel Truitt, and great-grandsons Jet Truitt and Theodore Petre, as well as special sister-in-law Betty Mihalovich and special niece Linda Philpott Arends. Numerous nieces, nephews and their children also survive. Mary loved her family, the Chicago Cubs, Montana's mountains, creating oil paintings, and having coffee and playing cards with her friends. Services will be held on April 20 at 2 pm in Lockport at Grace Baptist Church, 501 N State Street; internment at Lockport City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church, 4055 W. Peterson Avenue, Chicago, IL 60646.
