Michael Angelo Labriola
78, of Frankfort passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Michael was born Angelo Michael Labriola in Ripacandida, Italy to the late Pasquale and Lucia (Turtura) Labriola. Beloved husband of Giuseppina (nee D’Adamo); loving father of Gloria Labriola-O’Cain and Maximilian Labriola; cherished grandfather of Trinity, Matea, and Piper Labriola and Kadence and Kristen O’Cain; dear brother of the late Antoinette Martino, late Danny (Lucia) Labriola, Mary (Michael) Leone, and Joseph (late Diane) Labriola; loved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Michael was a Lab Technician at Wabtec Corporation for 47 years retiring in 2007. He was also awarded a U.S. Patent for one of his inventions. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, Frankfort on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 3pm – 9pm.
