Michael D. Fernandes
Age 58, of Frankfort formerly of the Burbank/Bridgeview area, passed away Sunday, August 21st, 2011. He was a member of Local #710 and worked in the transportation division for Jewel Foods in Melrose Park.
He is survived by his loving family, children Dawn (Jeff) Walsh and Michael Fernandes; siblings James (Lolita) and Robert (Diane) Fernandes and Linda Seyller; grandchildren Lilli and Evie Walsh and Max Fernandes and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Lillian (Nee Olson) Fernandes.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL 60423, Friday, August 26, 2011 from 3 until 8pm with a funeral service at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
