MICHAEL “MURPHY JONES” G. BALL

Age 67, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Michael is survived by his loving family, wife, Paulette Ball (Monzek), children, Michael A. (Erika) Ball, Cory (Anna) Ball, Schaquil (Robert) De Young, grandchildren, Michael “Willie Mike” Ball, Cameron “Rosie Cheeks” Ball, Isabella “Izzie” Ball, Emily “Emmy B” De Young, Thomas “T Ball T” Ball, Lia “Space Monkey” De Young, Katia “Bell” Ball, Ellie “Eleanor Rose” De Young, Cece “Cecelia James” De Young, siblings, Chrissy Flynn, Pamela (Dave) Radziewicz, Skip (Danette) Ball, Patrick (Marilyn) Ball, Gerald (Anette) Ball, Steven Ball, Wendy (Drew Brown) Ball, numerous nieces, nephews and beloved pets, Logan and Dot.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemarie Ball (Lloyd), father, Edmond Ball, siblings, James Ball, Kevin Ball and L. Scott Ball.

Michael was a lifelong musician, vocal coach and guitar teacher. “Murphy Jones-Pathetic wretch, Pope of the pop top, Yada yada…whatever”.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on THURSDAY, August 12th, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a funeral service in the chapel at 5:00 PM.
