Age 46, of Mokena, passed away Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 at her home in Mokena.

Michelle is survived by her loving family, children, Antonio Perez, Abigail Burchill, mother, Gail Filomena (Dukes), siblings, Joshua Consentino and Natalie Cosentino.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Frank Filomena.

Michelle was a very loving mother who was very active, involved and supportive of her children’s lives; she was an animal lover and a member of Paws Up 4 Rescue in Joliet.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 from 3:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM.
