Age 77, of New Lenox, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Beloved husband of Mary (Janssen); loving father of Mary Christopher (David Blackman), Debbie (Rick) Houda, Tim (Lisa) Fink, and James (Vicky) Fink; cherished grandfather of Nicole, Brandyn, Alan, Skott, Kailah, and Logan; and step-grandfather of Adam, Bethany, and Zoe. Alan retired from the McDonough Street Post Office in Joliet. He was an avid collector of model trains and enjoyed hand radios. Funeral services private.
