Andrew J. Pertchi

Age 86, of Frankfort for 8 years formerly of Mt. Greenwood, passed away June, 29, 2011. He was a baker for Wydens and Dressels in Chicago and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Germany during WWII.

Andrew is survived by his loving family, wife, Marianne (nee Bentz); children Steve (Patti) Pertchi, Matthew (Lauren) Pertchi and Andrew (Diana) Pertchi; sister Theresa Rogers and grandchildren Bradley Stephanie, Olivia, Annie, Tommy, and Jeremy. Special father-figure to Jill.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jacob and Lena (nee Golites) Pertchi.

Family will receive friends Friday July 1, 2011 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 from 3 to 8 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, July 2, 2011 with prayers at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort for a 11:30 a.m. mass of Christian Burial. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
