Mr. George A. Nebe

George A. Nebe, 67, of New Lenox, IL, passed away, Saturday, September 26, 2015 at his home. George is survived by his two daughters, Julia Nebe and Kathryn (Jeffrey) Pazdan, sister, Candace (Michael) Mercado and brothers, Henry (Becky) Nebe, Frank Nebe, Edward Nebe and William Nebe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cecelia (Brosnan) Nebe, parents, William and Mary (Hagenauer) Nebe, and brother, Donald Nebe.
George was the owner of Talman Auto Rebuilders in Chicago, IL. for over 30 years. He enjoyed working and only retired last year. He loved life and knew how to enjoy himself. He spent many years boating, enjoyed relaxing in Fort Myers, FL., and spent time rebuilding old cars at his leisure. George was a wonderful father, loved and admired by his two daughters as well as many close friends and family. He was a man of great strength who carried on with laughter.
Family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL. 60423. Funeral Service Friday, October 2, 2015 at 9:15 in the funeral home chapel leaving for St. Jude Church, New Lenox, IL. for a 10:00 am Mass. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
