Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2014 in Joliet, IL at the age of 81. Harry is survived by his loving wife Ruth nee Stone; children Chuck (Annette), Mike (Suzanne), Harry (Cindy), Joe (Rhonda), and Don (Dee Dee); his siblings Jim (Patricia "Cookie"), Bob (Kathleen), and Judy (Mark) Fehrenbacher; and 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry Anthony Sr. and Blanche Casagrande nee Christenson. Harry was born on August 5, 1933 in Joliet, IL and married Ruth Carol Stone in 1967. He served in the United States Navy, and retired from Printing Craftsmen in Joliet. Harry was an avid fisherman, enjoyed woodworking and helping others. He was most proud of his 5 sons who all serve their communities through the police or fire service. Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a Memorial Service beginning at 4:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Presence Villa Franciscan, Damiano Wing at 210 Springfield Ave., Joliet, IL 60435 appreciated. The family would like to thank all of his caregivers for their efforts and dedication.
