James A. Zagotta, age 72, a resident of Clermont, FL., formerly of New Lenox, IL., was born on February 27,1941 and passed away September 13, 2013 in Clermont, FL. Beloved husband of Therese Zagotta (nee Kartch); loving father of Anthony Zagotta, Julie (Brian) Mayer, Debra Zagotta (Sean) Gum, Christopher (Kim) Zagotta, and very special friend Michael Wascom; fond brother of Joseph (Linda) Zagotta, Late Ruth Zagotta, Elaine (Burton) Peterson, Donald (Phyllis) Zagotta; loving Grandfather of Brian Jr., Kyle Mayer, Jordan, Dominic, Jewel, Christopher, Carlos Gum. Eleanor, Jacob, Sophia Zagotta; brother in law of Marianne (late) John Ferguson (late), Patricia (Robert) Oravec, Rita Clark (late), Richard (Loretta) Kartch, Frances (Patricia) Kartch, Katherine Julius (late) Wenk, Martin Kartch, Joseph (Merry) Kartch, Elizabeth (late) (Terry) Neves, Karen (Rima Goldman) Kartch, Terrence Kartch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. James was a Graduate De La Salle High School 1959 and a Navy Veteran.
