61, of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011 in Joliet. Loving husband of Michelle nee LeGrett; beloved father of Ryann Lindsay Ruiz, Dominic Ruiz, Nicole (Gerald) Sluiter, and Jaime Lee; cherished grandfather of Rylee Ruiz, Raymond Lee, Francesca Sluiter, and Savanna Sluiter; dear brother of Gregory (Barb) Ruiz, Linda Ryniec, Thomascita (William) Pack, and Anita Finnegan. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Rosemary PerEz, and brother Thomas Perez. Ralph was a proud Navy Veteran. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 from 3 PM until time of Funeral service at 8 PM. Interment private.
