Age 82, a resident of Oak Forest, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Loving Brother of Thomas (Carol) Zajac; and brother-in-law Jean Zajac; dear uncle of numerous dear nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews; also survived by his beloved dogs Nitro and Bear. He was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Frances Zajac (Starczkowski), and siblings: Frances (late Robert) White, Eleanor (late James) Belt, Lucille (late John) Winkler, and Donald (late Barbara) Zajac. Tom was a United States Army Veteran. Interment with Full Military Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Rd., Elwood, IL 60421, day and time to be determined.
