Was born and raised in Harvey, IL., on July 14, 1941 and passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Camille nee Starzyk; loving father of Robert Jr. (Monica) Willson and James (Tanya) Willson; cherished grandfather of Andrew, Maddy, Beth, Zach, Jacob, and Kayla; dear brother of Donald (late Judy) Willson and the late Florence (late Ron) Hawkins. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Estelle Willson nee Pikorz. Robert was a Navy Veteran, member of the Lake Will Sportsman Club, and avid gardener. Family will receive friends at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 West 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, August 4, 2014 from 10:00 AM until time of Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, Community Affairs (135), 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064 appreciated.
